Services
Every service begins with inspection — the recommended service follows from what we actually find. Our rodent control work is delivered through dedicated Rat Control and Mouse Control services, each diagnosed and tailored to the animal actually present. Explore the problems we diagnose and resolve.
Inspection & Diagnosis
Not sure what's in your roof? An evidence-based inspection is where every recommendation begins. We inspect the accessible areas of your property, identify what's actually causing the activity and how it's getting in, then recommend the right next step — diagnosis before any solution.
Learn morePossum Removal
Hearing thumping or scratching at night? Possums are the most common cause — but not the only one. We diagnose what's actually in your roof, identify how it's getting in, and remove it lawfully and humanely. The goal isn't just removal; it's addressing how the possum is accessing the building.
Learn morePossum Boxes
A possum box provides an alternative shelter option for possums around your property. The Possum Man can supply a custom wooden possum box suitable for Ringtail and Brushtail possums, or install one for you where safe and suitable access is available.
Learn moreTree Guards
Trees can provide possums with a route towards roofs and buildings. Where a tree forms part of the identified access route, a purpose-designed Tree Guard may help restrict that pathway as part of the overall possum-proofing approach.
Learn moreValley Guards
Where a roof valley forms part of an identified access route, The Possum Man can install steel Valley Guard as part of a possum or rodent proofing solution.
Learn moreGutter Guards
Where a roof or gutter edge forms part of an identified access route, The Possum Man can install steel Gutter Guard as part of a possum or rodent proofing solution.
Learn moreRat Control
Hearing scratching or scurrying at night? Finding droppings in the roof or garage? Rats are a common cause — but not the only one. We diagnose what's actually present, investigate how the activity relates to the building and determine the appropriate control approach.
Learn moreMouse Control
Mice can enter buildings through very small openings and establish themselves in roof spaces, wall cavities and other protected areas of a property. If you're hearing movement, finding droppings or seeing other signs of activity, the important first step is understanding what is actually causing the problem and how it is using the building. The Possum Man takes a diagnostic approach to mouse control—looking at the evidence, potential access opportunities and conditions around the property before determining the appropriate solution.
Learn moreDead Animal Removal
A lingering odour in the roof, walls or elsewhere around your home may indicate that a possum or rat has died somewhere within the building. We investigate the likely source, locate the carcass where reasonably possible and remove it where it can be accessed. Diagnosis comes first because the smell alone does not tell you exactly where the source is.
Learn moreService Bundles
